• Change various occurances of .iCalendar to .icalendar to be consistant with the scopeName.
• Change keyword.other.iCalendar.component-begin to keyword.other.component-begin.icalendar
• Change keyword.other.iCalendar.component-end to keyword.other.component-end.icalendar
• Add .icalendar to entity.name.function
• Rename entity.name.function to entity.name.section
• Add preference item to remove entity.name.section from the symbol list since it's pretty pointless to have there.
