• Remove unused swallow from comment.documentation
• Remove swallow from wildcard literal string, uses an unnamed escape capture due to it's complex nature.
• Rename string.quoted.single.ruby.mod to string.quoted.other.literal.lower.ruby
• Remove swallow from various string.quoted.other.literal.lower|upper rules; it was no longer being used.
• Remove swallow from various string.interpolated rules; it was no longer being used.
• Remove swallow from constant.other.symbol.single-quoted in favor of a escape rule.
