[SVN] r4541 (Ini, Ruby)

Execute Line with Ruby:
  * when something results in nil it now prints "nil" and not "" (nothing)
  
Ini Bundle:
  * made the syntax a bit more flexible to color php.ini and lighttpd.conf better
  * made categories and the values below them show up in the symbol list
