• remove the MultiMarkdown -> Markdown (didn’t work, wasn’t supposed to AFAIK)
• let MultiMarkdown work on stdin in the PDF/RTF commands
• convert non-ASCII characters to numeric entities so it works with htmldoc
• add a require_cmd textutil for the RTF conversion (this command is Tiger only AFAIK)
