• change soft tabs to hard tabs in snippets (TextMate converts these when the snippet is inserted)
• made the snippets which insert HTML tags (like <?php … ?>) use text.html as scope selector (as that would be the root scope of a PHP file!)
• removed two template snippets which seems to be copies from the HTML bundle
