Documentation for Tag:
 • find nearest tag (to the left of the caret) rather than use current word
 • close HTML output when tag name requester is cancelled

Insert Entity…:
 • rename “Okay” button to “Insert”
 • cancel output when user selects “Insert” without selecting an entity
