* Fixed the broken Sys.catch_break snippet
* Replaced the function declaration regex with a big, horrible, messy, most assuredly
  more complex than it needs to be regex that was there.  However, this one is much closer
  to matching the actual grammar of the language, and now correctly handles things like
  unit arguments, and optional and labeled arguments.
