[SVN] Revision 1799 (Subversion)

• Update SVN help (new commands, renames, alphabetize to match the menu, English tweaks)
• Alphabetize “View Revisions…” command
• “Subversion Help” -> “Help”; “Subversion” prefix is redundant and makes it harder to find the help item at a glance
