Removed fileTypes array and added a firstLineMatch on { followed by end of line or a letter.

Since firstLineMatch has higher precedence than fileTypes, ASCII plists should be recognized by this file (when they contain a dictionary as root element), where XML files will be recognized by the XML plist syntax (based on extension).

This of course assumes you haven't manually changed file associations.
