A header to be used in sources (resemble the default header in Xcode's templates).

Currently it precede lines with “//”, but probably should use TM_COMMENT_START, except that this may be a block comment start marker (probably these comment variables should be revised).

This snippet requires rev. 369 of TM because of variable regexp substitution.
