• changed Abort to Cancel, since the latter causes cmd-, to work as the windows cancel key -- also added a question mark to the text
• added a simple help command (file)

I'd suggest naming the items something like Action 1-5, especially since ctrl-shift 1-5 are (sadly) US key map specific keys -- btw: ctrl-shift-3 (ctrl #) is bullet list for Textile (though that command is scoped, so it just means no Action 3 in Textile documents, so I wouldn't worry about this).
