• this macro toggles between multi (do … end) and single ({ … }) line blocks

I'll likely make a take two which puts the caret in a more natural end position, and supports being executed when not on the first line of (multi-line) blocks.

Currently the key is ^{, which I know is awkward for most European key maps, but it seems like a good choice for the US key map, and all letters are taken…
