[SVN] r2192 (Subversion)

• change interface texts, in particular remove the “Subversion—” prefix from progress indicators and add ellipsis to the window text
• cd to project directory for commit (should then print nicer relative file paths)
• add progress indicators for a few svn actions that lacked them
