[SVN] Markdown Preview, new key command?

I don't see any problem. When the file is a Markdown file, the  
Markdown command takes precedence.
In any case, it makes sense for the markdown preview shortcut to be  
the same as the web preview shortcut, since that's what the web  
preview would mean for markdown files, no?
