[SVN] modification to LaTeXtidy.pl

Hi.

LaTeXtidy does not handle properly the arrays.
I think before the line

  #Newlines before each \item.

one should add

s/(\\begin\{array\})\n(\{)(.*?)(\})/\n$1$2$3$4\n/g;

In this way everything is fine.
