• The progress indicator opens the window with half a seconds delay. That way quick things like Diff With BASE won't flash the window.
• Applied the patch from Source Forge (which amongst other set LSUIElement to 1 so hat the menu bar doesn't change when CocoaDialogs are open).
• Minor fixes like missing dealloc's and returning unitialized size.
