Renamed all of them to hopefully make more sense.

There are 4 type of files:
 Colorset -- sets colors for at least all top-level scope names
 Settings -- sets non-visual settings, this will be moved to the bundle editor
 Extra    -- stuff like the Markup styles or Diff colors which should work with most colorsets. Maybe though this will be rolled into each colorset to simplify things (from the users POV).
 Other    -- unclassified, probably a combination of all of the above, and should be removed! ;)
