[SVN] Revision 1000 (C, Source)

• Moved the C snippet (that continues current line comment) to the general Source bundle. It works for all languages which use double-slash, double-dash, number-sign, or a percentag as comment starter (and this is matched by their respective syntax). Feel free to extend to more characters.

• Removed the Python macro that did the same on enter, but only for Python sources.
