[SVN] Revision 976 (Python)

- Converted all word boundaries in the Python Syntax (Allan probably missed these, because Tiger conveniently translated them all to \&(l|g)t;)
- Added a triple quote snippet (tr)
- Added the tab triggers to all other snippets.
- Added a continue comment macro that overloads the enter key when in a comment environment.
