Patched the TeXniscope command to allow for both absolute and relative (to the project directory)
paths in the TX_LATEX_MASTER variable. I plan on fixing the rest also, ASAP. I also plan on merging
the commands into a single, configurable, command for compile/preview of LaTeX.
