modified the tab trigger for \item to item so it does not conflict with \textit
modified the tab trigger for \begin{itemize} to itemize so it does not conflict with the above
Changed \textit, \textbf, and \texttt to have the { after the command which is how they are documented in most LaTeX sources.  (and how they are scoped in the syntax file)
