[SVN] Bundle commit 516

while browsing around in some ruby code.. I noticed 2 symbol related problems.

1.   :[]=  wasn't recognized as a symbol.  Fixed.
2.   ::Config::CONFIG::something was incorrectly recognized as a symbol. fixed.
