Add support for \verb!foobar! verbatim stuff.  This works for reasonable choices of delimiters.  For some reason if you decide to use \verbbfoobarb where the 'b' character or any other alphanumeric, the tex.keyword.general rule takes over.  I've also added an entry to the Latex style file to change the background color of markup.other.raw  (what the stuff between the delimiters is scoped as).  Finally added a test case for \verb!this! to test.tex.
