Minor change to class declaration rule.  Simple classes like
class Foo:  were not matching properly because the single : was getting eaten by the inner pattern.
Modify basic Python command.  This must have regressed at some point along the  way.  How many cases would python "$TM_FILENAME" actually work for?
Now cd to the appropriate directory and then run python on the file.
