-- way too many changes to fully remember them all, but here are some that i do remember.
-- changed "keyword.other.phpdoc.php" to "comment.documentation.phpdoc.php" since this makes more sense in my world, albeit possibly not strictly semantically correct.
-- changed "keyword.other.include.php" to "keyword.control.include.php" as it makes more sense.
-- changed "keyword.other.exception.php" to "keyword.control.exception.php" as it too makes more sense.
-- changed "declaration.*" to "meta.*"
-- removed some unused nodes, and consolidated others
-- corrected some syntax highlighting bugs around the place
-- fixed heredoc syntax, which was not closing properly;
-- repository structured the syntax
