[SVN] Bundle commit 368

* again a small change in the css validation
  
* css tweaks for subversion:
  - some minor cleanups
  - new link background color (darker blue)
  - default font is now lucida grade, which IMO
    looks much better than just sans-serif
  - all sizes are now specified as pixel instead
    of plots (should be more acurate)
  - same font update for the README
  - also changed the colors of the headings
    in the README, so they look a bit lighter
  - I hope nothing got broken but after testing,
    I saw nothing strange.
