* initial commit of the css validation command,
  you can select any css source and then press
  ctrl+shift+v and it will open a html output
  with the w3c css validator opened which shows
  you whats wrong or right with your css code.

i tried to adapt allans convetion for shortcuts
but i am not sure if it conflicts with anything,
so feel free to modify this.
