[SVN] Bundle commit 331

* changed some internals in svn_helper.rb
  (backward compatibility isn't damaged)
  
* initial commit of Subversion / Info
  its not complete but should work, configuration
  options are the next thing for this.
  
* refactored 2 bytes from the log command. :)
  
* changed some things in the css:
  - a new alternate class in svn_style.css so if
    one wants to change the alternating color it now
    works for all commands using the css.
  - new colors for links in error-divs
  - fixed something with the link background color
    (inherit -> transparent)

@chris:
  what is the reason for the rename of the general link css
  rule in svn_style.css in r304?
  (this isn't meant nasty, i just want to know it. :) )
