[SVN] obsolete parts of svn repository?

Now the command-line-tool shell script is almost obsolete (though I 
note there are a few flags still not implemented in the snazzy new 
binary /bin/tm).

So, should there be an obsolete/ directory, or should one just svn 
rm, or what does one usually do with obsolete code in an svn 
repository?
