[SVN] Light -vs- Dark background syntax files

What do you think about templatizing the syntax file?  Instead of 
setting the foreground to "#000000", set it to @FOREGROUND@ and then 
generate two different syntax files?

I've been thinking about doing something similar with the Java syntax, 
but I'm not going to mess with syntaxes until I can reload them without 
restarting TM...
