[SVN] Bundle commit 218

[Torsten Becker]

* stylesheets are now in 2 sperate files
  and located in a Stylesheets folder

* splited some stuff out of format_blame.rb into svn_helper.rb
  (for other comming commands)
  
* the ruby scripts are now in the Tools subfolder
