[SVN] Bundle commit 211

just some updates for the blame thing:
  * changed the space substitution (   ->   )
  
  * exceptions + methods in module now
  
  * css: better colors for errors
  
  * no saving when starting blame now
  
  * should fetch now all possible errors starting with 'svn: '
    and not just the not working copy things
  
  * css: has some borders in the table header now
