Added localhost as default value for MYSQL_HOST. Added a --port=${MYSQL_PORT:=3306} argument. Removed use of TM_SELECTED_TEXT and changed input to selection, so that we don't have to worry about escaping quotes. I don't know if adding the port argument gives problems, there is something about mysql using a /tmp/xyz-socket if host is localhost, but not if it is 127.0.0.1...
