[SVN] Having troubles commiting (subversion weenie alert)

Last night I tried to commit my OCaml bundle to the repository, and was 
greeted with a cheerful

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Working copy '/Users/wneumann/Library/Application 
Support/TextMate/Bundles/OCaml.tmbundle' not locked

Google was less than helpful regarding this less than helpful error 
message.  Can anyone here help out a poor svn weenie so he can finally 
commit?
