Ah, more support for the split up! :)
I think it will make it more logical to end users.

Maybe ctrl-{ (for environment) and ctrl-} (for command) ?
This follows the convention from the XML bundle, where <,Tab inserts a 
long tag and >,Tab inserts a short tag.
