[SVN] Revision 1512 (Ruby)

Added TM-Ruby which is a ruby runtime similar to PyMate. Note the following:

• This is work in progress :-p.
• The design was completely ripped off from PyMate, although I factored it out in a CSS file.
• There is no output processing, in particular there are no clickable links on errors etc. Soon :-).
• There is some input processing, popping up dialogs to handle input. The 'Abort' button doesn't work yet.
• Feedback and suggestions: IRC (cyanite) or mail :-p.
