Changed all include-names to: source.<language>.embedded.html

The reason for this is so that styling e.g. “source.ruby” affects embedded ruby as well.

For beta 8 I'll allow attributes to be set on the content, then it may make sense to call the rule for embedded.* (again) and the content for source.*.
