• Renamed and re-arranged most items in “Simple Theme”
• Removed “declaration.function” and “declaration.class” from the scopes (since these do not exist for LaTeX, and “function-name” etc. should anyway be unique enough)
• The contents of \section{...}, \chapter{...} etc. is now “function-name” so that these will appear in the symbol list.
