• Changed “code...” comment for struct-snippet to “fields...”.
• Made PDF LaTeX command use two optional variables:
   TM_PDFTEX_FILE_LOCATION -- defaults to: ~/Sites
   TM_PDFTEX_WEB_LOCATION  -- defaults to: http://localhost/~$USER

This should also make it possible to store the file in a password protected directory (and give the password as part of the URL). These variables can be set in Preferences / Advanced.
