[SVN] Bundle commit 646 (Python)

- Added trailing whitespace match to both Python and Simple Theme
- Moved specific Python settings in Simple Theme to Python Theme
- Renamed class-name and function-name both to name so it's easier to make a symbol list.

I would like Simple Theme to be just that, a simple theme that's applicable almost everywhere. So please do not add language specific suffixes or prefixes as matches there.
