[SVN] Bundle commit 604 (Latex)

• Added quotes around basename/dirname $TM_LATEX_MASTER
• Added directory name to the clickable error links
• Errors are now also recognized when they start with ./
• Copies resulting PDF to ~/Sites and redirects to http://localhost/
• Prints an error when PDF wasn't written OR when apache is not running
