Does anyone know a bundle to get shortcuts for special charecters like   in textmate ?

Does anyone know a bundle to get shortcuts for special charecters like   in textmate ?

It's in the HTML bundle, bound to Command-Shift-7 (you can think of it as Command-&). Choose "Insert Entity"

And for just option space (⌥␣) in the HTML scope will insert that.
