How could I hide the vertical and horizontal scroll bars in textmate? And is there any possible way to let the scroll bar never shows up even though my codes are more than one page?

You can open up the .nib files in Interface Builder and hack around for a bit. Check out SubtleGradient Leopard Dark TextMate GUI Replacement Scrollbars only show up when the content forces it. You may be able to resize the text area object in the nib off the screen by 16px on the right to get rid of that one too. Not sure if that works.
