I would like to share the output of diff with some colleagues in a document (pdf, html) with syntax highlighting so that it is easy to read.

Syntax highlighting in TextMate for a text file with the output is great, but I cannot figure out how to export with syntax highlighting (html didn't work) after an hour or so of research.

Any help would be appreciated.
