It's been pretty much removed at this point in favor of a custom
dialog tool that now ships with TextMate.

I'm still running TM 1.5.8 (1489), though I recall in your book on TextMate (my primary summer reading!) you recommend opting for "Cutting Edge" software updates. Is that how I would find the new tool? If not, where else would I locate it?
