I've opened default document and then pressed ⌃ ⌥ ⌘ K. Still nothing is happened.
I don't have nothing like you said. Where should I look for it and where it needs to be grayed out?
PS: sorry if my questions seem silly, I'm using TM just for a couple of days.

Did you have a document open? If not then it won't work. If it's grayed out in the TextMate bundle, then you need to open a document, and then run it.
