For me it's Consolas all the way. It is a fine piece of typography
(i.e: not "a font" : ) with *real* italics and *real* bold.
Depending on what screen I'm using (iMac 20" or MacBook 13") it's set
at 14 or 12px.
It is a pleasure to read code set in Consolas. You can tell how much
thought went into it : )
