There is now a test build available (hold option when checking for
updates either via TextMate menu or preferences).

However, I found that with no saved size, the split view will initially
have the browser fully collapsed (on macOS 10.14), so first time you
open the window, you will have to grab the drag handle just below the
window title and resize it; after that, it should remember the position.

Also: I removed the drawer :)
