How did you install/delete the bundle?

If you installed the R bundle via Preferences > Bundles, TextMate will store
custom changes to the bundles under ~/Library/Application
Support/Avian/Bundles. If you uninstalled the R bundle
(via Preferences > Bundles), your changes may still be there.
