I would personally find it kind of uncomfortable to have Ruby in my
shoes (sorry, couldn't resist), but have a look at section 12.3 in
the manual:
http://macromates.com/textmate/manual/
language_grammars#language_grammars
specifically the entry for the "include" key rule.
Though I think this will not cover folding, you'll have to copy those
manually from the Ruby bundle.
